I work full time, how can my box be delivered mid week? |

Unfortunately we cannot deliver your boxes unless someone is at home to sign for the goods. We can deliver on a Saturday morning for an additional charge of £15.00. Alternatively you can pick up the box from your local depot before 7:00pm.
We can deliver to your place of work, providing you are available to take
receipt of the meat and sign on delivery.
We can also deliver to an alternative address if you are unable to sign for the delivery, e.g. a
neighbour or relative, providing a signature is given on receipt of your
order. |

Will I get the same contents in each box? |

No, not every box will be identical. Due to the products not being of a
standard size the contents will vary slightly. |

Will the contents of a box be suitable for freezing? |
| A: |
Yes, sometimes the contents will be delivered already frozen. Simply
put the contents of the box directly into your freezer. |

What happens if my delivery is late? |
